Q1 Are you factory or trading company?

As factory, since 2015, we've positioned GEATRO as the smart furniture company that best understands the school furniture industry and is committed to providing customers with the smart solutions.

Q2 What is your terms of packing?
A

Generally, we pack our goods in box or wooden cartons. 

In addition, customer can choose packing or logo packing for different needs.

Q3 What is your terms of payment?
A

T/T 30% as deposit before productions and 70% before delivery.

We'll show you the photos of the products and package before you pay the balance.

Q4 Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Warranty

GEATRO provides a full range of technical training support and free maintenance service during the warranty period.

Through return visits to customers, GEATRO actively improves its products, increasing customer satisfaction with our products and service. 

Standard product warranty period is 12 months. Besides, depending on customers’ needs, the warranty period can be extended accordingly, which is also GEATRO's value-added service.
